[Southport, August 09, 2016] – In 2008, RAM Training Services became a Registered Training Organisation. With more than 11,300 students completing their courses, they currently have 26 courses available. All of these are accredited, providing the graduates with a nationally recognised qualification.

• Diploma of Hospitality - This is for anyone who wants to enhance their skills and knowledge to advance within the industry. Possible job titles include gaming, front office, bar/restaurant and functions manager.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol - Under Queensland legislation, anyone involved in the supply and service of alcoholic beverages must complete this course.

• Responsible Service of Gambling - This course is a requirement for those who carry out gaming related duties. This includes gaming supervisors, attendants and managers.

• Responsible Management of Licensed Venues - Effective January 1st 2009, this has become a mandatory requirement undertaken by individual licenses and approved managers.

RAM Training Services also offers security, business and first aid courses, as well as a course in providing community justice service and a certificate IV in work health and safety.
