Swaffar For Congress Confronts Broward School Board's Proclamation related to Governor Ron DeSantis's Parental Rights In Education Bill

April 18, 2022

On March 28, 2022, Governor Ron DeSantis signed into law the Parental Rights in Education Bill. While the bill was driven by good intentions to protect the children in the State of Florida, it is sad that we as a country needed an actual law to protect what was already engraved in our constitution as our founding fathers had wisely established to be an inalienable right.

Nevertheless, the Radical Left had preemptively mobilized their propaganda machine ahead of the bill signing by mislabeling the bill as the “Do Not Say Gay Bill” in a desperate attempt to rally the support of the LGBTQ community by deception. However, the bill was signed into law after passing the State Senate and is scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2022.

In response, The Radical Left quickly organized, orchestrated, encouraged, facilitated, promoted, aided, and abetted a large “Student Walkout in early March 2022.

Additionally, The School Board of Broward County, FL has adopted a Proclamation claiming, “Declaring Support of LGBTQ Students, Employees, and Community-At-Large in Broward County Public Schools” and will be widely challenged and protested by supporters of the law during the School Board Meeting on April 19, 2022.

Congressional Candidate, Darlene Swaffar, backed by her team members, supporters, and concerned parents will attend the meeting to challenge the Board’s Authority, Jurisdiction, Motives, and behind the scenes lobbying and financing of this unconstitutional proclamation.

Furthermore, several members of the LGBTQ have also indicated that they do not support such a proclamation, nor have they authorized the School Board to speak on their behalf. In addition, Swaffar also intends to enlist the support of other School Board, Congressional and Senatorial Candidates, and current Elected Officials, as well as all available government and community leaders, to Protect the Children and Parents’ Constitutional Rights.

Finally, Swaffar’s Campaign includes a Legal and Election Integrity Taskforces currently tracing and investigating the money trail behind their coordinated efforts to steer the School Board on this Programmed Agenda.
