Maria Ramczyk has introduced a crowd funding initiative on the popular fund raising platform of Gofundme.com. This campaign was created on January 21st and named as “Medical Leave”.

Maria has shared the story of her life, while explaining about this campaign. She was staying with her mom all these years, where she was assured about being well taken care off, by her mother. Initially when Maria was in her 6th grade, she was always worried about her life and her future. However, her mother told her that she would be there by her throughout her thick and thin. Last year she graduated and followed by this, her mom told her to look for a job or to go to the college or to leave.

She was in Vici Aveda, which she dropped out with due course of time, as she did not enjoy hair cutting. She was consistently ignored by her mother and eventually was given a notice of 2 days to leave the house. However, being a strong girl herself, Maria moved out with her cousin. She was living her hardship all these while, until last week, when she was sexually assaulted by a guy. Currently, Maria is on unpaid Medical Leave, for treatments.

She has raised this campaign as she is left with no money to pay her rents or the bills of her therapists and doctors. She is terribly worried and scared in a situation like this, when monetary help can really be beneficial for her. If someone is touched with the terrifying story of this young girl, then he or she can definitely come forward and extend the support for this girl. This would help her to lead a better life.
