Purple sweets OSRS are the only stackable food item in game. As a large stack can serve as an infinite source of healing, sometimes they are used by low-level players who aim to get a Fire cape from defeating TzTok-Jad. They are also often used if you attempt endurance record at bosses.
You should notice that purple sweets cannot be eaten in the Inferno. If you attempt to do this, there will be a message saying “The heat of the inferno causes the wrapper to stick to the sweet. You cannot see anyway to open it.” The purple sweets will not be destroyed.
