The Content Developer on the Old School team Mod Lenny has revealed some of the drop rates from The Gauntlet and Zalcano on Twitter. There are unique rewards on OSRS Gauntlet loot table including Crystal weapon seed, Crystal armour seed, Blade of saeldor and more. Here are OSRS Gauntlet drop rates confirmed by Mod Lenny:

The drop rates of OSRS Zalcano

OSRS Zalcano drop rates are also revealed on Mod Lenny’s Tweet. All drop rates scale based on your contribution in the fight, looking both at how much damage you dealt to Zalcano’s armour and how much damage you dealt to her health.
Below are the maximum and minimum possible rates:
Smolcano – 1/3000 to 1/1500
Crystal tool seed – 1/1000 to 1/500
Onyx – 1/2000 to 1/1000
Zalcano shard – 1/1000 to 1/500
