Plan to work on second OSRS League

According to the latest “Gielinor Gazette: May 2020” official news post, after the success of OSRS Twisted League, the Old School develop team plans to work on a second League.
The core part of Leagues is the combination of tasks, Relics and the unique rule-set. The team was encouraged to think outside of the box to ensure the next League will feel fresh and exciting, and be a completely new experience. The team will remain open to players’ feedback, so you could send them your ideas if you have brilliant concepts and thoughts.

Ideas for the next OSRS League

Here are some of the ideas the develop team has toyed with throughout the process:
1. Kingdoms and factions
The idea was for the West and East sides of Gielinor to face off. You could either pick or be assigned to a side at the start of the League, and at specific times a portal would open in the center of the world allowing you to enter the other side.
2. PvP oriented Leagues
PvP oriented League is a League containing elements from a previous game mode called DarkScape, which will split the world into different regions using separate Banks.
3. Seasonal League
The goal of Seasonal League is to split Gielinor into 4 weather seasons that would rotate over the course of one or a few days.
4. Scrambled League
All of your skills are mixed around in Scrambled League. Each one of your skills' XP rates would be bound to another skill.
5. Gridlocked League
This League would split Gielinor into small map squares.
