The Rotary Club of Madras South (RCMS) proudly hosted its 66th Installation Ceremony on 24th June 2025, ushering in a dynamic new leadership team for Rotary Year 2025 - 26.
Rtn. Rajanbabu Ramachandran was installed as 66th RCMS President, along with Rtn. Sibi Rajan as Secretary, Rtn. R. Srikanth as Treasurer, along with Board of Directors & Chairmen who will lead the club’s service initiatives this year.
The ceremony was presided over by DGE Rtn. AKS Vinod Saraogi & First Lady Rtn. Usha Saraogi, and was attended by distinguished District officials, fellow Rotarians, Southerners, Co-President and friends.
This year, the club has set ambitious goals: a planned spend of ₹2 crore across 18 impactful projects designed to benefit over 48,080 individuals.
Demonstrating the club’s commitment to inclusiveness, Rotary Club of Madras South has established a Partners Club - an initiative that will double outreach and execution capacity. Additionally, the club’s vibrant women’s wing, Pink Power, is all set to make a strong impact in the year ahead.
The spirit of giving was also evident, as five club members made contributions towards the TRF (The Rotary Foundation) Fund, with the funds formally handed over to DRFC Rtn. Purshotham & District Governor Rtn. Vinod Saraogi during the ceremony.
With a renewed spirit of unity and purpose, Rotary Club of Madras South is poised to embark on a new chapter of service and impact under the inspiring theme:
