The new facility is located at 326 East 149th Street, Bronx, NY 10451, and expands JAG Physical Therapy’s reach throughout the borough.

With the addition of their third Bronx location, JAG Physical Therapy continues to uphold their pledge to provide high-quality, personalized care to more residents. This new Bronx (Mott Haven) facility further strengthens the company's health care footprint, solidifying their presence and impact throughout the Bronx community.

This multispeciality clinic is overseen by Clinical Director Clairet Saldana, who has been with JAG Physical Therapy since 2022. Clairet received her Bachelor of Exercise Science from Mercy College before obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Dominican University of New York. Clairet enjoys treating athletes, orthopedics and neurological conditions, with a particular interest in post-operative cases and joint-based manual therapy.
