Recently medtech startup Agatsa, founded by electronics duo Rahul Rastogi and Neha Rastogi, won the very prestigious Aegis Graham Bell Award.

The acquisition will be made in two tranches wherein Tranche 1 -- ₹8 crores -- would be completed in February 2023.
