According to the history of origin of names, the name Laughton originated from the British Isles during the feudal era. Its use has been widely adopted and as a matter of fact there are at least seven Scottish and British townships and manors named Laughton which in Olde English refers to "town by the lake." The ceremony culminating in the crowing of aLord is usually a very important occasion in the customary English culture.

Administratively, Lords have the right to sit in the House of Lords even as they deliberate on judicial and legislative matters in Greta Britain. The Peerage of England consists of five peerages that are the Duke, The Marquess, the Earl, The Viscount and the Baron. While the other four peerages are referred to by their titles such as the Earl of Essex, the Barons are the ones who mostly use the title Lord.

Stuart Hilton as Lord Laughton

Stuart Hilton was born in Newcastle Upon Tyne United Kingdom on January 18th, 1979. His acting, guest speaking and music career popularized him and earned him a name among the highest profiled artists in the UK and US. He had an intriguing childhood background inundated by adventures, low and high moments. He is a living testimony of the fact that nothing can stand in the way of passion and determination. Unlike other children who grow up under the niceties and pleasantries of life, Stuart had to fight his way through his life and career.

Looking back at the achievements he has managed to attain against a backdrop of such a challenging environment, many would agree that he well deserves the Title of Lord Laughton. Although his father passed on when he was 10, this achievement is definitely part of his contribution because of the supportive and inspirational role that he played in his life.

Some of the notable achievements of Stuart Hilton include his starring role in the BBC drama “Byker Grove”, Harry Porter series and the sitcoms ‘How I met your mother’ and ‘Mike & Molly’. This is in addition to his role as a DJ, an After Dinner Guest Speaker and a music presenter with KIIS FM.

The Day and Venue of the Crowning
