Party Dress Outfits Inspired by Blair Waldorf and Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl

It may not be quite early enough to start singing holiday songs or compiling your gift wish list, but the party season has certainly begun and—spoiler—isn't going to be over until New Year's!
