The year is also set to bring cheer for early career professionals (0-5 years of experience) as more than half the hires are expected to be in this age bracket.

 
According to Taggd's annual Decoding Jobs Industry Sectoral Reports 2022, which was conducted in association with CII and Sunstone Eduversity, Internet businesses are leading the pack of industries with the highest intent to hire for 2022 with a whopping 55%, followed by the automotive and IT/Tech industries at 40%. The other positions are taken up by core businesses including BFSI, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and manufacturing and engineering. The report also mentioned that India's Global In-House Centers are anticipated to rise by 31% in 2022 as opposed to just 27% in 2021.

More than half of hires (56%) are anticipated to be made by early career professionals (0–5 years of experience), thus this year should be good for them as well.
