The title, Miss USA, symbolizes the maximum expression and mixture of beauty, intelligence, generosity and help to the community in a single woman. She is chosen from among the millions of women in the United States. This year's Miss USA has decided to carry one of the most important messages for our civilization, the prevention of drug abuse, to the population go her country, and the world.

A Virginia science student, this year's winner gave a full scientific demonstration in the talent portion of the competition. During her reign, she will advocate and work for the prevention of drug abuse. She is setting an excellent example to follow for future generations.
