Today is Earth Day, even in these moments of confinement, pandemic and world crisis. Earth Day is celebrated with the purpose to put on the table and get people to pay a little attention and to grow the level of consciousness that we are connected on this planet. More than ever it is demonstrated that when any inhabitant of this world does something against humanity or the earth, each and every one of us will perceive it and receive the impact.

The pollution statistics have dropped since the confinement. It has closed some of the largest industries on the planet, revealing the environmental impact they have. I know this because the air is cooler. There is less heat at the time of the year that was supposed to be more still hot.

If the Earth is on vacation too, the environment takes a breather and rest from human-made pollution. It shows us that due to increasing consumption by the population, which is not bad, we must create a more environmentally friendly production systems in order to cohabit this planet as a civilization for the longest amount of time in human history
