If there is a water intrusion deep down in foundation, then it is impulsive to fill those leakages using leakage injection techniques. This technique involves filling of leakages with water resistant material that stops any further leakage of water into the foundation pile, saving the foundation structure from any further damage.

Leakage filling can save foundation from further damaging owing to leakage. However, the damage that foundation has already undergone due to leakage must be repaired in order to prevent any massive loss. One of the primary damage of water leakage is the crack that it causes in foundation. The material used in foundation tends to dissolute in water creating cracks in foundation producing possibility of further damage and foundation collapse. These cracks need to be treated with crack injection techniques. This involves filling of cracks by resilient material that not only fills the cracks, rather giving certain required strength to foundation piles and increasing life of foundation.
