Shiv Preyan Shanker Nair, CEO of the firm announced today that India is strategically poised for manifold growth in this sunrise industry thanks to the availability of advanced medical facilities in metros and a pool of world-renowned medical practitioners with expertise across major medical specialties and sub-specialties.

Shiv Preyan Shanker Nair, though an outsider to the medical fraternity (he is by profession a qualified lawyer) portrays tremendous experience in this industry. At just 28 years of age he exudes confidence akin to a veteran and provides valuable insight into what really spurs medical tourism in the country and in which direction it is headed.

He made this announcement on the occasion of signing- off of a strategic partnership with a Kabul based non-profit organization that aims to serve young children who are victims of bombings or are borne with congenital disorders and are left untreated in Afghanistan due to lack or complete absence of advanced medical facilities. As per industry sources most cases of medical tourism in India relate to joint replacement (knee/hip), cardiac surgery, dental surgery as well as genetic disorders.
