“I sell homes for more money in less time than most realtors. I use my network of preferred vendors to ensure clients proceed to close as quickly and smoothly as possible. I work with several core values in mind, including professionalism, integrity, patience, and communication. I believe it is critical to match speed with my clients, guiding them down the path toward a purchase or sale at their pace,” he said.

Ashley Stafford who bought a home in 2021 in Sterling Heights said, “Right from the start Ryan was honest, respectful and to the point. He was able to find us the perfect home, at a perfect price and stayed with us throughout the entire process. Ryan is so personal with his clients. He asks the right questions and completely personalizes your home search to tailor to you. If I ever had a question, Ryan responded almost immediately and with correct information.

“As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and he was always so polite and helpful. I honestly don't think we could have completed our home purchase without Ryan, he really went all out for us and we couldn't be happier with his services,” Stafford added.

Danni Schwenkel commented, “I had such a great experience with Ryan! He fought for me every step of the way in this very difficult buyer's market. He was patient knowing that there was low inventory and multiple offers we were up against. He made sure that he did everything he could to get me to the closing table. He made my first-time home buying experience as easy as it could be. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.” Schwenkel bought a home in 2021 in Eastpointe.

“Ryan is amazing!  I was a first-time home buyer and really had no idea what to expect. Ryan helped me through every step of the way. He is easy to talk to, patient, happy to answer all questions, and not pushy at all. I trusted all of his advice to get me my dream home and I truly believe Ryan's quick reactions and skill to build a friendly relationship with the seller’s agent helped my offer get picked out of at least 6 other offers,” Cassie Lewis who also bought a home in 2021 in Eastpointe commented.

Nicole Thompson, who recently purchased a home in Roseville said,“Ryan was by my side every step of the way. He answered all my questions and explained each step of the process in terms I could understand. He is amazing at what he does and got us an amazing deal within our budget.
