The success of this venture traces its roots back through the years, to founder Suzanne Kalan’s own youth. She learned, early on, about the interplay of color and design, as her mother individually handcrafted nearly all of her clothes.

With the birth of her daughter Patile, she left retail to spend time with her child. However, she quickly took up a new torch, leveraging her dual assets of experience in jewelry and passion for design.
Her strong background in design and color combination, bolstered by an undying love of beautiful jewelry, has allowed her to build up her enterprise to the industry-leading position it holds today. Each handcrafted gemstone she selects for her designs is individually selected for color, character, and elegance.
SUZANNE KALAN’s focus is entirely on fine jewelry, specifically 18k gold and semi-precious stones, which she marries in a dazzlingly pleasant unity that incorporates balance and imbalance, symmetry and asymmetry.

She also travels the globe fastidiously in search of the perfect stones to use in the creation of her collections. She seeks the perfect color, shape, and cut, and each piece used in her jewelry is individually cut for the purpose.
