Sydnie Ozanus is a student and a responsible young adult in Texas. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and lived in the city until 2008. She moved to Little Elm, Texas with her mother. She spent her summers with her grandparents in San Antonio, Texas and attended various summer camps. She has held multiple jobs since high school. Between 2014 and 2015, Ozanus worked at Raphael’s Cantina as a greeter and hostess. During the summer of 2015, she was a nanny for two children. She was even awarded “a small raise for doing such a good job and being so responsible.” Even though she has held part-time jobs, she kept up with her studies as well.

Ozanus worked hard so that she could graduate from Prosper High School a year early. After she graduated from high school, she enrolled in Texas Tech University and started her freshman year. She is taking courses in the school’s pre-med program, and is working towards becoming a doctor. Throughout her academic career, she has earned a number of academic awards and accolades. While she was in high school, she was named English Student of the Month. During her three years as a high school student, she focused on her studies and worked hard to earn her high school diploma ahead of schedule. Sydnie Ozanus was named Career Prep Student of the year as well. She knew that she wanted to be a doctor while she was still in high school, and took the necessary steps to become a pre-med student.

Sydnie Ozanus was nominated for a prestigious award as well. She is a National Academy of Future Positions and Medical Scientists Award of Excellence. She is working hard to make it to medical school and is starting her second year as a pre-med student. Ozanus loves being able to help others and is ready to take on the challenges of medical school. She has participated in walks for the Susan G. Komen foundation and she has participated in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Big D Climb. She is a volunteer and a dedicated student. Sydnie Ozanus is a focused student, who has received several awards for her work.
