06/04/2013, Australia: Serge Benhayon of Universal Medicine has set a new trend or, as some may call it – an anti-trend.

In an age where exhaustion, sleeplessness and general discontent is not only riding high, and some may say is the ‘norm’, students of his ‘Livingness’ presentations have not only reversed many of their not so healthy habits but now find themselves with greater vitality, deeper balance and general high levels of wellbeing.

Reversing the tide on exhaustion or lack of vitality and enthusiasm for life is not or was not our goal says Benhayon. We simply present the virtues of ‘looking after your body from the body and not from the head’. What’s more, says Benhayon, it works. And it works because we simply listen and do not override what we can feel and know is true if we but listen and adhere to what is there telling us so.

Benhayon, through his business known as Universal Medicine, has been delivering such presentations through workshops and lectures since 2001; though Serge started his business on a one-to-one basis in 1999. Since then, many hundreds of people have positively transformed their lives. Benhayon says – its not necessarily what I present that changes one’s life for the better but what they do for themselves as a result of connecting to what they already know that makes the transformation truly work.

Serge always adds that his presentations are not for all. It requires a good level of self-responsibility to tackle our debilitating habits, that is, what makes us abuse and or ill conduct ourselves. But, Benhayon says, at Universal Medicine, we say it is worth it.

‘To feel better, truly better, is our right and it lives within us’. Of course, the self-made transformation happens at different rates, depending on how much and or how far one needs to bring themselves back. That said, and as we state – it is always worth it.
