Expanding into the Orlando real estate market in March 2021, Mark Spain Real Estate closed nearly $106 million in sales in nine months. Additionally, it has grown the Orlando sales team to 35 agents at year-end with continued team expansion expected in 2022.

Perhaps one of the most unique aspects about this independent real estate firm is that its record sales numbers each year have been accomplished by a highly productive sales team. While franchise real estate operations with similar sales numbers often have thousands of real estate agents, Mark Spain Real Estate ended 2021 with 354 agents, closing an average of nearly $10 million each.
