Pig is still in great demand due to new menu choices, hog chops, and presentation alternatives. A recent external study looked at over 1100 meals from over 100 eateries in Western Australia.

Pork is a favourite among chefs due to its versatility, low cost, and well-known flavour. Chefs are experimenting with innovative ways to utilise this ingredient. Here are five ready-to-eat recipes using pig as the main component. A innovative method links five pork-centric meals, highlighting the necessity of distinctive dishes on today's menus. Start with Pork Belly.
Pork belly is becoming more popular in restaurants because cooks know they can depend on it to provide a meal that guests will go wild over. It's delicious chopped up and crisped after sous vide or braising. Salad dressings and other "healthier" foods might benefit from a little of fat to enhance their flavour.

Sen Sakana in New York serves pork belly, brown rice, plantains, oyster mushrooms, Onsen eggs, and smoked oshinko (Japanese pickle).
