London, UK – June 18, 2025 — Tech entrepreneurs Jack Waldron and Yassir El Mailoudi have announced the formation of Noxian Systems, an artificial intelligence startup focused on autonomous drone detection and tracking for both private sector and government applications.
Noxian Systems is developing technology to detect and visually track unauthorized drones in real-time — offering a next-generation layer of airspace security for sensitive sites, corporate campuses, infrastructure, and high-net-worth individuals.
> “The rise in drone intrusions creates a growing security blind spot,” said co-founder Jack Waldron. “Noxian aims to give security teams reliable, autonomous situational awareness in the sky — without the guesswork.”
Waldron, who ranks among the top-performing retail traders for his age group, has demonstrated consistent 5–10% monthly returns in today’s volatile markets. He brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to Noxian’s product and operational strategy. El Mailoudi, co-founder and AI systems architect, brings deep technical expertise in real-time detection models and applied machine learning.
Though still pre-revenue, Noxian Systems has secured a valuation of £25 million, with a working MVP targeted within 6 to 8 months.
The founders describe Noxian’s mission as building “autonomous airspace intelligence” — combining high-performance AI with a practical, field-ready design for security teams across sectors.
