This city is famous for being the green city and it is surrounded by expanding villas and surburbs.

Nairobi city has its age old importance in the world due to its reputation of being the largest city and a business hub of Kenya. Another thing that distinguishes Nairobi is the fact that they have the worlds one and only game reserve which is inside a major city. The city is surrounded by the county and they drive their orignis from the phrase of Enkare Maasai which means “cool water”. This city is famous for being the green city and it is surrounded by expanding villas and surburbs. In the recent decade, Africa has seen the rising moving of the exparts and they have their both pros and cons. Nairobo ,like the rest of the world is trying to make their city expat friendly in order to make their stay pleasurable. While Nairobi is an East African economic hub, but regardless of that there are a few things that are very bad about the place too.

Pro’s include:

1. The town has an integrated society. The city of Nairobi is made up of middle class families with good income. The local community as well as the expats are not seggregated. Therefore Kenyan expats can mix with the locals at kids school, clubs, shopping centers and also in local restaurants. There is a rising demand for the furnished apartments Nairobi for these expats to get settled in there.

2. Nice climate. Nairobi and its surrounding area have year around mild climate. The city is set on a high altitude which enjoys warm days and coller nights, perfect for people. There is a short season before the Christmas where rain falls. There is no need for any central cooling or any warm coats, kids have so much fun in this weather.

3. Ease of accessible popular destinations: there is this world famous game park near Nairobi which is jampacked with incredible species of wildlife. Plus for the expats the holdiday on the white sand of the warm Indian Ocean is a treat. There are coral reefs, sailing, fishing and also lazing in the sun.

4. Expats have their own life: Unlike the Middle East where expats are treated as dirt, in Nairobi expats have their own social life and they hang out in all the cool places. There is a buzzing social life in Nairobi and expats are very much a part of it. There are plenty of everytype of hospitals and many good private schools where the expats can send their kids too. They kids mingle in the schools with the locals and they love to eventually settle in here.
Although the expats cannot buy a property but they can lease furnished apartments Nairobiand live a respectable life too.
