Operation Kindness Offers Black Friday Special: $20 Off Black Pets

On Black Friday, Operation Kindness will kick off its Holiday Adoption Days at the Galleria with a special Black Friday special — offering $20 off regular adoption fees all black pets will be. The promotion begins on November 28 through December 24.

 
Holiday Discount Available at Carrollton Shelter and Galleria Dallas Kiosk

What: On Black Friday, Operation Kindness will kick off its Holiday Adoption Days at the Galleria with a special discount: $20 off the adoption price of black cats, dogs, kittens and puppies. Discounts are available at Galleria Dallas and the Operation Kindness shelter. In addition, the first 150 Galleria adopters will receive a special Adoption Gift Pack, courtesy of Raising Cane’s. The gift packs include a drawstring bag, pet toy, food scooper and coupon for a free lemonade drink.

When: Starting Black Friday, November 28, 2014, through Wednesday, December 24, 2014
10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday; 12 to 6 p.m. on Sundays; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve

Where: The Operation Kindness Holiday Adoption Center, located near Banana Republic on Level 1 of Galleria Dallas – 13350 Dallas Parkway in Dallas, Texas 75240 – and the Operation Kindness shelter, located at 3201 Earhart Drive, Carrollton, Texas 75006

Details: During Operation Kindness Holiday Adoption Days at the Galleria, shoppers can interact with Operation Kindness dogs and cats, learn about volunteer opportunities, and adopt a dog or cat for their home and family.

Cost: Regular adoption fees are: $125 for cats/kittens and $175 for dogs/puppies. Adoption fees help cover the costs of caring for the animals at Operation Kindness, such as tests, vaccinations, collars/tags, microchipping, spay/neuter surgery, medical procedures, surgeries, rehabilitation and recovery. On average, Operation Kindness spends more than $380 for each animal in its care.
