East village nearly double the space of its current location to accommodate the growth of the East Village team. The new office space is approximately 20,000 square feet, which makes it nearly three times larger than the previous office. The 2-story retrofitted industrial space features every amenity imaginable for businesses of every size. This new facility will provide Union Cowork staff with much-needed space to accommodate its astronomical growth. It reflects the innovative culture of Union Cowork and strive to make it a great place to work. It includes a technology enabled conference rooms and stations where teams can collaborate on solutions with colleagues, customer, partners and off site employees. This new facility extends Union Cowork's heritage of delivering extraordinary office space to small and mid-sized businesses. This facility works on Union Cowork model of cost-effective, efficient, flexible office space. This office space is a great alternative to traditional commercial office space.

Union Cowork was founded by Jamie Miller in San Diego, California in 2013. We prove coworking space, office space, and industrial space for rent and lease in urban infill neighbourhoods in California and select cities worldwide. Startups, freelancers, students, private businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profits are our primary customer segment. We are developing and opening 50 locations in California neighbourhoods.
