Learn to Live Recovery Sponsors KC Mental Health Conference for the Third Year

Learn to Live Recovery was proud to return as a Bronze Sponsor for the Kansas City Mental Health Conference—marking our third year supporting this important initiative.

This annual event brings together mental health professionals, recovery advocates, and treatment providers from across the region to share resources, collaborate on solutions, and raise awareness around the challenges and progress in the mental health and recovery fields. For our team, it’s an opportunity to learn, connect, and reinforce our commitment to the communities we serve.

At Learn to Live Recovery, we understand how deeply intertwined mental health and substance use recovery are. Many of the men in our extended care program come to us not only seeking sobriety but also looking for support as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Attending events like the KC Mental Health Conference allows us to stay current on new strategies, treatment options, and peer support models—so we can better support our residents.

Our team enjoyed reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new advocates who are just as passionate about long-term recovery and mental wellness. While the Facebook post didn’t say it, we’re also proud to share that Learn to Live Recovery was listed as an official Bronze Sponsor, a reflection of our ongoing investment in making mental health support accessible and visible.

This sponsorship isn’t just a title—it’s a reminder that recovery doesn’t end after rehab. Long-term healing takes time, community, and the right environment to thrive. That’s what we aim to provide every day.
