7th June, 2023: Veloton, the biggest premium cycle shop in Kolkata, participated in a promotional event, Phulki Cyclothon, which was organised by Zee Bangla at Novotel on World Bicycle Day. It was a promotional event to announce that the brand new drama-packed Bengali tv serial Phulki is to make a grand debut from 12th June, 2023 onwards every Monday to Friday at 7:30 p.m. on Zee Bangla or Zee Bangla HD! The gesture also aimed at promoting cycling as a healthier way of commuting.

Phulki narrates and shows the journey of an aspiring woman who struggles her way to become a boxer and find the love of her life. The team doesn’t reveal the whole exact story yet. The Veloton team wishes the entire casting of Phulki a grand success.

The Phulki Cyclothon event was promotional and revolved around celebrating the love story of those who didn't mind overcoming challenges and walk together as a team with their partner to continue to grow and prosper. The venue was Novotel. Several heavyweight celebrities across the Bengali television industry graced the event with their presence.

The Veloton team was a proud participant and feels thankful to have got the golden opportunity to meet so many eminent personalities of the industry at this grand event organised by Zee Bangla.

There was an online contest arranged where the couples were asked to share their struggles as a romantic partner they undertook to overcome the difficulties and achieve their goals in both professional and personal life together. They were to narrate their stories in brief with the hashtag #riseinlove and send the entries online to the Zee Bangla Phulki team.

Why #riseinlove? Because love doesn't actually make someone fall but rise above their challenges to become a better human being and attain a better way of living life together.
