They will be able to count the number of plates used in a banquet hall (often there is a dispute on the plates served) and even read the number plate of a car speeding at 120 kmph with the help of software, said Arvind Bali, CEO, Videocon Telecom Ltd, which recently launched closed-circuit television cameras under the brand name WallCam.
