Heera Group welcomes all the investors to take their money back
Dr. Nowhera Shaik has announced the grand opening of Heera Group main office. In the first press conference of Dr. Nowhera Shaikh after granted bail by the Supreme Court.
Dressed in a black burqa with a matching hijab with diamonds worked on it, a smiling and bold Dr. Nowhera Shaikh, the Managing Director of Heera Group, stepped into the hall in her office in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills on Saturday. Once seated, she directed her opening press meet after granted bail by the Supreme Court.

Her circle assured that no investors permitted in the press conference, only media allotted for the press meet. Dr. Nowhera Shaik opened the address by remembering how she has been helpful in women’s empowerment, particularly from the Muslim community. “I taught women how to do business and empowered them. Since 1998, the Heera Group established, we have been instrumental in empowering a lot of women,” stated Dr. Nowhera Shaik.

She declared how she had to go through so much for “a small GST query that surfaced.” “From 1998 to 2018, the company functioned easily. I was not even given a notice before my arrest. I spent almost two and a half years in jail.”

While she talked about those targeting her and named Asaduddin Owaisi and “his people” as those accountable for all that happened to her, investors expected she would speak about repaying them. She commanded that her voice transferred the country’s finance minister when she suggested, “India’s economy will crash if CEOs like me are arrested.” “I salute the Indian constitution and Indian judiciary, and I was sure that I would get justice,” said Dr. Nowhera Shaik.

Dr. Nowhera Shaik stated, “Heera Group is ready to make its payments in between all the allegations and claims. We never ran away, nor will we ever run away. The company will bring in new policies and will achieve greater heights.”
Her statement showed that she plans to continue her investment project while touted as a Ponzi scheme that supposedly cheated more than a lakh investors. “We have signed documents of all our investors saying that in profit or loss, they will be with the company. We have not cheated anyone,” asserted Dr. Nowhera.

When questioned how she thought to repay the investors considering her company’s statements have been frozen, Dr. Nowhera responded, “Some of our accounts have been released, and very soon, the others will also be released. We have assets worth Rs 5000 crore in Telangana, and that is enough to repay all the investors.”

On how long it would take for her to repay the investors, Dr. Nowhera Shaik replied, “It depends on several factors. I will sit with my investors and talk to them personally. They will have the option to withdraw their money or keep their money invested with the company. Depending on what they decide, we will know how much time it will take to repay them all.”

Dr. Nowhera Shaik declared that the Central Crime Station (CCS) had frozen the company data, and therefore they are uninformed of the investors’ details and how much needs to be paid to them. “Two weeks are needed for CCS to provide us with the data about the investors. After we get that, we will start repaying everyone,” said Dr. Nowhera Shaik.
She also rubbished calls that her organization had 1.72 lakh investors, as reported by the media. Dr. Nowhera Shaikh stated both the figures and the number of investors being declared are false. When asked what the correct figures are, she answered, “We will have to check the data, and only then will we know the right figures.”

Meanwhile, while laying down provisions for her bail, the Supreme Court has ordered her to return the investors. To comply with the apex court’s order, the Heera Group assigned cheques to some investors who had registered cases against Nowhera. At last, Dr. Nowhera Shaik announced the Grand opening of Heera Group Main office and welcomes all the Investors to take their money back.
