To raise a new support ticket, all a customer needs to do is send an email that is predefined and shared by the admin. The email will automatically create a new support ticket for that customer and his concerns.

This “Support Ticket” feature also assigns priority to the support ticket. Admin and authorized people in the call center will have option to edit the support ticket and its priority. As the technical support is given, the agent can keep customer updated by calling him via the call center solution as well as by updating the support ticket.
