Jamun fruit benefits: - • Jamun fruit is traditionally used to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. • Rich in antioxidants, jamun helps protect the body from damage and promotes overall health.

 
Jamun fruit Jam:

Ingredients:
250g jamun fruit
1 Cup of water
1 Cup of jaggery
Lemon juice
4 to 5 spoons of wild honey

Instructions:

1. Remove the jamun seeds and grind them into a thick paste.
2. In a saucepan, combine a cup of water and jaggery, then heat the mixture over medium heat until it
thickens.
3. Add the jamun paste and mix until it has a jam consistency.
4. Finally, add lemon juice and honey.
5. Serve jamun fruit jam on toast or roti for a delicious breakfast.
6. Store in the refrigerator and use up to 2 weeks.
