Installation and Precautions
Make sure the power agreed upon purchase is the same as the power found on site during installation.
The machine should be located at a safe distance from people with only the operator being in position.
It should be firmly fixed to the ground with rubber stands to avoid movement due to vibration.
The machine should be installed a distance away from the power supply.
The power connection should be carried out by our skilled technicians to ensure everything is in place and the huller’s motor and starter are protected from electric faults and water.

Instructions
Switch on the rice mill plant https://www.shellermachine.com/rice-mill-production-line after all the wiring and tightening of bolts is successfully completed.
After switching on, check the direction of the motor. The correct direction of the motor should be clockwise
Lubrication of rotor parts (bearings) using grease should be done before switching on the machine.
If the machine can’t expel the bran properly due to blockage, temporarily remove the sieve plate at the bottom of the fan placed.
Do not place/put any object into the electric starter component.
Do not overload the machine.
It’s always advisable to start the machine first then you put the load when it’s already running.
In cases of unstable power supply, purchase a power/voltage regulator to prevent the electric motor from a power surge.
For maintenance, you should grease the rotary parts at least once a week to prevent avoid wear and tear due to friction and heat.
