Director Omar Antonio Iturriaga's Western short film "Invitation To A Hangin'" will premiere at the Silicon Beach Film Festival at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Wednesday, September 10th at 7:45 PM.

Produced by Vic Brandt, the film follows two bounty hunters and their dangerous quarry in a frontier tale exploring themes of justice and morality. The Western features performances by Chris Mulkey, Charlie McElveen, and Ray Buffer.

Omar Antonio Iturriaga (Director/Writer) is a Mexican American filmmaker based in Los Angeles who received his MFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2017. As founder of Deep Frame AI, he integrates emerging technologies into film production. His previous works include "Tesoro" (2013) and "A California Lullaby" (2017).

Vic Brandt (Producer) is a content creator and producer known for "She's the He" (2025), "The Hills" (2024), and "Zolita: I F*cking Love You" (2022). Brandt brings expertise in digital content strategy across social media platforms to film production.

Chris Mulkey has appeared in numerous films and television series including "On the Basis of Sex" (2018), "Whiplash" (2014), "Captain Phillips" (2013), "Twin Peaks" (1990-1991), "Boardwalk Empire" (2010-2014), and "Any Day Now" (1998-2002). He also works as a blues and Americana singer-songwriter.

Charlie McElveen is a Chicago-born, New York-based actor and Guildhall Drama School graduate (2017). He made his television debut on HBO's "The Deuce" and appears in the upcoming feature "La Flamme Rouge" opposite Balthazar Getty and Clint Howard. He is a founding member of The Dead End Kids theater company.

Ray Buffer is an actor and musician who has appeared in "Into The Wild Frontier" (2022-2024), "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "The Lord of All Future Space and Time," and numerous other film and television projects.. He founded The Relevant Stage and Art In Relation theatre companies, and also works as a soloist and section leader for choruses and choirs.
