Judging for the competition took place on Friday, October 3, with the awards ceremony held on Wednesday, October 15, at the Raleigh Civic Center, where more than 1,000 attendees gathered to celebrate excellence in homebuilding and design.

McKinley Homes’ winning entry was the Mallard model at Kinsley, a beautifully designed two-story townhome that exemplifies the builder’s focus on style, livability, and craftsmanship. The latest award marks the builder’s second Parade of Homes win for McKinley Homes’ Mallard model in as many weeks, following its recent recognition by the Franklin County HBA, capturing a Gold Award in the Tri-County Parade of Homes.
