Institute of the Mediterranean Culture presents "Unlocked Identities," an exhibition that explores the multifaceted experiences of 21 immigrant artists from diverse backgrounds.

New York City, NY - Curated by Athens-based art curator Julia Sysalova, the exhibition examines how cultural codes shape and transform individual identities. Featuring a diverse group of artists from around the world, "Unlocked Identities" showcases the ways in which shifting cultural and societal norms influence artistic practices. Through painting, photography, sculpture, and installations, the featured artists delve into their own evolving experiences, inviting viewers to reflect on their own perspectives.

"This exhibition aims to foster a non-judgmental dialogue about identity," said curator Sysalova. "We invite visitors to engage with the artists' unique expressions and consider their own experiences in relation to these works."
