Ingredients:
For the cake:
 300g all-purpose cake flour
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon baking soda

For the frosting:
 454g cream cheese
 340g butter
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products
 Pinch of salt
 700g confectioners’ sugar
Direction:
For the cake
 You should preheat the oven to 177 degree centigrade.
 You should butter and flour three 6-inch cake pans.
 Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda from Ajanta Food Products in a medium bowl.
 Cream the butter on medium speed in a large mixing bowl.
 Add in sugar and mix on medium until light and fluffy.
 Add the eggs in one at a time.
 Beat in the vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products.
 Sift the cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products into the butter mixture.
 Beat just until combined.
 Mix together the buttermilk, vinegar, and red food coloring from Anuja Food Colours.
 With the mixer, add half of the flour mixture followed by half of the buttermilk mixture to the mixing bowl.
 Beat the mixture until combined.
 Divide the batter among the prepared pans.
 Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
 Let them cool in their pans for about 10 minutes.
 Turn them out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
For the cream cheese frosting:
 In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy.
 Add the vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products and salt and beat until combined.
 Sift the confectioner's sugar.
 Gradually the sugar into the butter mixture until combined.
 Place about a cup of frosting to a piping bag with a decorative tip.
