Diabetes causes some types of health disorders like obesity, cardiovascular diseases and chronic illness on eyes. There are many diabetics take medication to control sugar levels while there are some take hormone supplementation injections and drugs as a cure of this disease. Though these types of medical aids tend to bring the diabetes into incurable condition, it is better always to seek natural therapies. With many people turning to various natural therapies for recovery, yoga is a best option to treatment of the same. Here are some quick yoga poses to get a remedial relief:

Pose One: Downward Facing Dog
This gesture helps to alleviate hypertension and prevent from the harmful effects of Type-2 diabetes.
1. Step One: Stand up on your knees and slowly lift up your hips in the air while exhaling your stomach in.

2. Step Two: As a next step, keep your spine straight, hands outstretched, knees straightened, and your palm as flat as on the ground as possible.

3. Step Three: Let your head hang freely and keep your eyes straight at your naval.

4. Step Four: hold this position for a couple of breathes and exhale as you relax into starting position.

Pose Two: Big Toe
This is one of the most basic types of yoga postures. This posture improves the digestion system and functions of liver. Since diabetes cause renal failure, this posture aids in improving the chances of bypassing kidney failure.
1. Step One: Stand with your feet and relax your thigh muscles and steadily bend down your hands to touch your toeswhile inhaling as you go.

2. Step Two: Make sure that your hips are kept in an upright position, knees are bent and your elbows are folded. Place your index finger between the toes and hold this for a while.

3. Step Three: Exhale while standing in upright position, release the pressure on your spine and return to your starting position.

Pose Three: Triangle
This pose aids in strengthening the abdominal area and the spinal column which results in promoting the insulin production.
1. Step One: Stand up in a position where your left foot is in front and right foot is behind. While doing this, make sure first your knees are straight.

2. Step Two: Bend to touch your left foot with your left hand. Slowly turn your torso in a diametrically opposite position, with right hand in the sky position. In case of unstable balance, you can take the support of wall.

3. Step Three: Hold this outstretched position for couple of breathes and then exhale slowly to reach your relaxed position.
