Joe Halloum joins Novobi as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As an advisor to Novobi for the last 4 years, Joe was influential in the company’s overall direction, positioning the business for maturity and growth. Ha Pham, President of Novobi and former CEO, entrusts the future of Novobi to his mentor, Joe, while he takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Joe has established himself as one of the business leaders in the software enterprise industry, particularly in retail and manufacturing. In the last 30 years, he has held several executive positions in companies such as Infor, Gilbarco-Veeder Root, and 360Commerce. Through his leadership, Joe has enabled these organizations to operate at the highest level of efficiency and deliver solutions that are tailored to multinational corporations such as Exxon, Chevron, and Shell, among others.

Joe has also founded Starmount and served as its CEO. Starmount was a pioneer in the omnichannel revolution. With the eCommerce boom, Joe recognized the need to connect companies' brick and mortar operations with their online businesses. Under Joe's leadership, Starmount developed omnichannel and mobile commerce products that consolidated its clients' store and ecommerce operations. These products proved to be a game-changer for several clients like Abercrombie & Fitch, Perry Ellis, Urban Outfitters, REI, Sears, Tractor Supply, Zumiez, and Infor, which acquired Starmount in 2016.
