James of TopCashBack Us and TopCashBack UK is racking up complaints. He cancels accounts without reaching out and keeps commissions. Affiliates such as Sephora, Amazon, and Wal-mart, to name a few, are being hit with class action lawsuits for unpaid commissions.

Do some research and you'll find numerous complaints for the sites, yet the free sites continue to advertise. At this point, we're going to have to take control and file suit against the advertisers for knowingly advertising a site with so many complaints and unpaid commissions.


BUYER BEWARE - Users are reporting not receiving commissions from TopCashBack and long wait times to even get a reply to their e-mails. Furthermore, they are blown off. Waiting two weeks for an e-mail and then the e-mail not answering the question and going round and round until TopCashback collects the commissions and refuses to pay. Stay away from this site!
