Founded in 2021, projects.house is a development and consultancy business that originates, manages, and delivers real estate projects all across Europe. For the possibility of expansion throughout Europe as well as for the digitalization of housing development services, we are planning to launch an online European platform for ready-to-build construction & development turnkey projects delivery service.
The goal of Projects. house is to plan the real estate development services and bids for construction tenders on a single platform, regardless of location and with the maximum choice of construction projects.
The startup has joined the Tech Cofounder program run by FasterCapital and is planning to raise €100K to build the technical product supported by FasterCapital.
Through the Tech Cofounder program, FasterCapital covers 50% of the costs needed for building the MVP and the internal team handles all the technical development operations.
The startup is founded by Marat Khalitov and is based in Belgium.
