Ken Kremsky has extensive training in budgetary analysis and Lean Six Sigma costing. Additionally, his participation in Oreo and the Premium Systems Group led to them saving $3 million annually, mostly through the 'One Cookie Out' initiative and the Premium oil reduction project.

As a financial specialist, Ken maintained all accounting and money-related announcement structures and interacted with the full accounting faculty. He established direct work policies that resulted in staff reductions and annual investment funds of $400,000.

As the cost accounting manager of Nabisco Inc., Ken Kremsky was responsible for providing plant management with cost analysis and financial support. He was a member of multiple productivity teams that found and applied cost-cutting measures across the Nabisco network.

Ken Kremsky attended Pennsylvania State University to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He then graduated from La Salle University with a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
