Michael D. Milson, a renowned Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, author and trainer, will be receiving a long-awaited graduation ceremony from HMI College of Hypnotherapy (Tarzana, CA) on November 9, 2024. The ceremony, delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, will honor Michael’s completion of the Associates in Occupational Studies (AOS) in Mind-Body Psychology Degree program, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career.

Michael's Journey and Achievements:

After 6 years as a hypnotherapist Michael began his advanced clinical training at HMI College of Hypnotherapy in late 2020, graduating with Honors the following year with a Clinical Hypnotherapy Degree. His dedication and hard work were recognized with several prestigious awards: the Directors Award, Academic Achievement Award, and Clinical Achievement Award. Michael set an unofficial record by completing close to 3,000 hours of cumulative training, including the main course, clinical internship, and many electives. He graduated the first-year hypnotherapy course with a 4.2 GPA and the second year AOS program with a 4.0 GPA.

During his training, Michael was mentored by Joe Tabbanella, an accomplished actor turned hypnotherapist known for his roles in "Electra" (1996), "Desire" (2006), and "Feedback" (2002). The AOS Program:

In his second year, Michael pursued the AOS in Mind-Body Psychology Degree, graduating with Honors. He was among the first cohort of students to complete this innovative new program, designed to deepen the understanding of the mind-body connection in therapeutic practices. Training alongside his former teachers provided a unique and enriching learning experience. "It was incredibly fun to take the second-year Mind-Body Psychology course alongside the teachers who I had spent the previous year learning Hypnotherapy from," said Michael. "We all helped each other, and I learned a lot from my fellow students."
