Sheraton Hotels is the third oldest and largest hotel brand that is part of the Starwood Hotels and Resorts family. As a result, Graeme White of Canbet feels very fortunate to have been recognized by them. “I feel like receiving an award like this has really given me the confidence to continue with the rest of my career. He later worked his way up to become one of the directors of Interactive Gaming and Sports, which is owned by Delta Corp Ltd., with business associate Peter Lord. After working as a director for the company, the organization’s leaders recognized his abilities and offered him another position.

When Interactive Gaming and Sports bought Canbet from the Irish company Paddy Power in 2012, Graeme White of Canbet was offered the position of director within the newly purchased company. Once again his assets had been noticed by those above him in the company and he as rewarded with a leadership position. Even though Graeme White of Canbet realizes his strengths, he still cannot believe how well fortune has smiled upon him. He is quoted as saying, “It's all a little surreal to know that I've managed to make such a career out of being a gaming consultant. The last 35 years have flown past and I'm glad that I've been able to spend it doing what I love.”

Graeme White of Canbet believes he will be able to enjoy another several years in the business and looks forward to what the future has to offer. Traveling the world as a sports consultant has been a great joy of his over the years and he has already worked in the United States, Asia, the Caribbean, and his home of Australia. His greatest hope is to see the rest of the world and to be able to take in a game in as many different countries as possible.
