A strong work ethic has amplified his ability to stand out among others, which was the same value that pushed him ahead of his peers in high school. In Spring of 2014, Jacob was added to the list of Dean’s Honor Roll, an accreditation that few achieve in their first year of higher education. He has also received recognition from the National Society of Collegiate Scholars as well as a membership with HonorsSociety.org.

His dedication to academics has put Jacob Gonce of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma ahead of the curve with his peers, while he also enjoys a fulfilling social life enriched with activity. He, like all other Sooners, is crazy about the school’s reputable football team, and you can often see Jacob in the bleachers at Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium cheering and joining in the hype with all of his classmates. He enjoys golf, wakeboarding, snowboarding and skiing in his free time.
