Reynard Capital’s 2020 Alternative Investor Survey gives insight into which asset classes performed well during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and which asset classes to invest in which will remain stable and conservative.

Reynard Capital’s Chief Financial Officer commented on the 2020 Alternative Investor Survey findings saying “2020 was a very turbulent year, not just for the financial world but also for pretty much every business during this ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic. Having assessed nearly every single asset class and emerging markets, we have found that Hedge Funds continue to be consistent within the broader asset classes.”

“After extensive analysis of the Hedge Fund industry, we have determined that particular asset class is predicted to reach a record $2.8 billion by the end of 2021 which is driven by significant investments from institutional investors. The weighted average return for Hedge Fund portfolios in 2019 was a 10.5% growth. Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Hedge Fund markets grew by 8.3% and we are predicting a growth of 11.7% by the end this year,” added the Chief Financial Officer of Reynard Capital.
