For many people this would be enough, by Sergent’s passion for business burned brighter and he has gone on to found a number of other companies – Pro-Source Xtreme, a Quizno’s and Fleet Feet Sports – in the years that have followed. He has enjoyed success as a business owner and entrepreneur because he embodies a number of key qualities that are essential for those who wish to follow a similar path.

Perhaps most importantly, Sergent has true passion for everything that he does. He recognizes that he can’t go into any business endeavor without having true enthusiasm for what he is trying to accomplish, as this will mean that he struggles to develop the drive and motivation that he will need to succeed.
