Head of Global Industries is now Jerome Simeon, who previously served as CEO of the Southern Europe Strategic Business Unit. To fulfil the unique transformation demands of international enterprises, Jerome's new position will combine Capgemini's strong industry expertise from around the world. In the Group Executive Board, he is still a member. As the new CEO of the Southern Europe Strategic Business Unit, Andrea Falleni replaces Jerome. Andrea was previously the managing director of Capgemini in Italy and the global sales officer. The Group Executive Board of Capgemini now includes Andrea as a member.
Head of Global Sustainability Services and Corporate Responsibility is Cyril Garcia, formerly CEO of Capgemini Invent. In his new position, Cyril is in charge of advancing the Group's internal sustainability goal as well as integrating sustainability into Capgemini's portfolio of client services. The corporate social responsibility work done by Capgemini is also under Cyril's supervision. He still has a position on the Group Executive Board. Cyril is succeeded as CEO of Capgemini Invent by Roshan Gya, who was formerly Global Lead for Intelligent Industry and Managing Director of Capgemini Invent in Southern Europe.
