Ontario Entrepreneur Stream
The OINP Entrepreneur Stream is meant for those who intend to begin a new business or acquire an existing Ontario business. The stream works on an E.O.I system in which applicants are asked to submit an Expression of Interest simultaneously with information concerning their investments, work experience, and other essential factors. From the information given in the profile, applicants will be awarded a score out of 170 points. The chosen candidates will get a temporary work permit support letter depends on a performance agreement to build the business in Ontario. Ontario will choose the applicants who satisfy the job creation and investment conditions in the performance agreement for Canada PR.
Eligibility Requirements for Ontario Entrepreneur Stream
At Least 36 months full-time business experience in the previous 60 months either as an owner of the business or as a manager at the senior level
A least net worth, which changes as per the location of the planned business
Obtain a minimum personal investment, which changes as per the location of the planned business
Have least one-third equity control in the planned business
Agree to produce minimum two full-time jobs which are permanent for citizens of Canada and/or permanent residents
Handle a business associated visit to Ontario in the 12 months before submitting the E.O.I, if the applicant is acquiring an existing business.
