Colby J. Burk has been named as Director of Sales for the metro Birmingham market. This is the tenth major Southeastern metropolitan market for Mark Spain Real Estate and its first office in Alabama.

A local graduate of Spain Park High School in Hoover, Burk still resides in Hoover with his family and attended the University of Alabama.
